    • Available Wednesday to Sunday during our operating hours ( limited availability on weekends)

    • Exclusive use of the conservatory area

    • Flexible duration for the event

    • Choice of seated meal or buffet-style

    *Venue hire varies throughout the season: Off-peak (Sep-Mar): £100/ph and Peak (Apr-Aug) £150ph. Deposit will be required to secure the booking.

    **Customisation is available on a selection of dishes but offering will be based on our regular food menu.

    • Available outside operating hours

    • Full venue hire for 3 hours

    • Bespoke menu

    • Choice of seated meal (up to 45 guests) or buffet-style (up to 65 guests)

    • Event duration can be extended for an additional cost*

    *Additional venue hire will be at £150 per hour during off-peak season (Sep-Mar) and £200 during peak season (Apr-Aug).

    Deposit will be required to secure the booking.

  • We offer drinks reception package with nibbles. This will be a bespoke package with minimum spend + venue hire.

    Once you email us with your details, we’d love to meet you and your partner to get to know you better and understand your vision and requirements. This is also the perfect opportunity to view the space, especially if you haven’t visited us before.

    Following your visit, Shuli and the team will create a bespoke menu in Sylva’s signature style and provide a personalised quote based on everything you’ve shared.

    To secure your date, a deposit will be required — and from there, we’ll guide you through the next steps to bring your celebration to life.

"We celebrated our son's first birthday at Sylva and it couldn't have gone any better. Shu & the staff at Sylva were extremely accommodating to our last-minute changes on the setup.

On the day of the event, the food was amazing, the service was excellent but most importantly, the venue was perfect as we had full access to the outdoor space where we could set up a bouncing castle and have a nice decorative corner between two beautiful trees.
